Dam Committee

The TPA Dam Committee serves the purpose of monitoring and keeping the Toddy Pond community informed of developments involving the Toddy Pond dam. It is important to note that the dam and accompanying water rights are privately owned and the TPA does not have any ownership stake, control, or operational responsibility for the dam.

The most common concerns expressed involving the dam have to do with changing lake water levels.  The biggest influencing factor over the water level  is ‘Mother Nature.’

Watch for a feature article on the Toddy Pond dam in the next edition of the Toddy Ponder newsletter.

If you have questions or information on the dam, please send us an e-mail to toddymail@toddypond.org.

We welcome new and interested members to our committee.
