Charlie Bloch

Charlie Bloch and his family are long-time visitors to Blue Hill peninsula and Toddy Pond and on 2023 finally bought a property on Gus Moore Rd on Lower Toddy. His wife (Amy) grew up in New Hampshire, and they've collectively spent many summers with extended family on Moose Pond (Maine) and Squam Lake (NH). But in their long search for a place to build their own family camp, they kept returning to Toddy Pond. He currently lives in the small town of Lyons, Colorado where he is a Senior Director of Strategy for a clean energy nonprofit. He's an avid fisherman, river runner, and outdoorsman. He has been very active in TPA's Outreach Committee and dam preservation efforts and is interested in both better representing and deepening engagement with other non-resident owners.
