Robin Yurkevicz, Secretary

robin@toddypond.org

Robin was born in Massachusetts, attended Middlebury College, and then UMass Medical

School, where she met her husband, Marc Restuccia. Robin’s family always vacationed in

Maine as a child as her mother hailed from Maine. The tradition continued, and Marc and Robin

made annual camping trips to MDI with the kids and multiple trips to Baxter state Park. When

it came time to retire, the choice was obvious. Marc and Robin built their house on Long Point

on North Toddy in 2009 after camping on their land for a decade prior. They moved to Maine

full-time in 2019 and soon became immersed in the local scene. Robin became an invasive

plant patroller in 2020 and became chair of the IPP committee in 2024. Robin enjoys hiking and

especially kayaking. When not looking for invasive plants she can often be seen looking for

whereabouts of the loon chicks among the floating islands.
